Kombinasyon tedavisi, d\u00fczenli bireysel seanslar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bir gruba kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z derinlemesine psikolojik veya analitik y\u00f6nelimli bir psikoterapidir.<\/p>\n

Ayakta psikoterapinin bu \u00f6zellikle yo\u011fun formunu, uzun s\u00fcredir var olan veya uzun s\u00fcredir d\u00fczenli olarak tekrarlayan ve genellikle stresli bir ya\u015fam ge\u00e7mi\u015fiyle de ili\u015fkilendirilebilen \u015fikayetler i\u00e7in sunmay\u0131 seviyorum. Bana genellikle 20’li ya\u015flar\u0131n ortalar\u0131ndan 30’lu ya\u015flar\u0131n ortalar\u0131na kadar \u00e7ocukluk veya ergenlik d\u00f6neminden beri depresyon, anksiyete ve di\u011fer psikosomatik streslerden muzdarip olan, \u015fimdiye kadar “iyi dayanm\u0131\u015f” veya d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda – \u00f6zellikle performans d\u00fczeyinde – olduk\u00e7a ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olan, ancak daha sonra hala gen\u00e7 ya\u015flar\u0131nda bile giderek daha yorgun ve halsiz hisseden, ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k korkular\u0131 ve hatta gelecekle ilgili korkular geli\u015ftiren ve daha sonra kendi performanslar\u0131n\u0131n, ili\u015fkilerinin, ortakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00f6z imajlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde zarar g\u00f6rmesine neden olabilecek ki\u015filerin gelmesi nadir de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kendinden \u015f\u00fcphe duyma, de\u011fersizlik duygular\u0131, di\u011fer insanlardan korkma, istismar deneyimleri, travmatik deneyimler gibi \u00e7ok utan\u00e7 verici konular, kombinasyon tedavisinin daha etkili olmas\u0131n\u0131n bir nedeni olabilir.<\/p>\n

Bireysel seanslarla kombinasyon, bazen kendi i\u00e7inde \u00e7ok etkili olan, ancak baz\u0131 ki\u015filerin zor ve korkutucu buldu\u011fu grup seanslar\u0131na kat\u0131lmay\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lar.<\/p>\n
